Trying to log in to TT ELD but running into issues? Here are common fixes — and if you're tired of dealing with them, ELD Hub runs on the same PT-30 hardware with a modern app and US-based phone support.
Looking for the TT ELD login page?

Wrong login URL
TT ELD's driver portal is at v3.tteld.com. The old v2 URL redirects, but bookmark v3 to be safe.
App won't pair with PT-30
Bluetooth pairing on TT ELD's app is a common driver complaint. Reboot the phone, restart Bluetooth, and re-open the app. If it persists, the PT-30 firmware may need an update from a reseller.
Forgot password
Use the reset link on the login page. Reset emails sometimes take 5–10 minutes and can land in spam.
Fleet manager locked out
Only your fleet admin or the reseller can reset admin credentials. Reach out to whoever sold you the TT ELD subscription.
Many drivers searching for TT ELD login are actually fed up with slow support or hidden add-on fees. ELD Hub is FMCSA-registered, month-to-month, and includes IFTA, freight, and dispatcher tools at $15/truck.
The current TT ELD driver and fleet portal is at v3.tteld.com. Some older documentation still references v2, which now redirects.
TT ELD's platform hasn't been redesigned in several years and drivers frequently report slow load times and Bluetooth pairing issues, especially on older Android devices. Rebooting the app usually helps.
The PT-30 hardware is the same. However, each PT-30 is firmware-provisioned to one platform, so switching means an ELD Hub-provisioned PT-30 (shipped free with subscription). Drivers stay on the exact same device they're used to.
Both are around $15/truck. ELD Hub bundles IFTA, freight tools, and dispatch at that price. TT ELD charges for most of those separately.
TT ELD support is reseller-dependent — check with whoever sold you the subscription. If direct US-based phone support matters to you, ELD Hub's line is 302-404-1177.
