Export your logs from your current provider
Pull at least the last 6 months of RODS before your old account closes. FMCSA requires you to retain them, and no provider hands them over after cancellation.

Create your ELD Hub account
Registration takes about a minute. Tell us which provider you are leaving so the free month is applied to your first invoice.

Register your device
Already running a PT-30 or IOSiX? We re-register it to your account at no cost — no new hardware, no shipping wait. Need a device? PT-30 is $150 with the cable and free ground shipping.

Update the cab card packet and cancel the old account
Swap in the ELD Hub user manual, malfunction procedure, and data-transfer instructions, then close your previous account once your drivers are logging cleanly.

Is the first month really free?
Yes — 30 days of ELD Hub software at no charge for carriers switching from another ELD provider, counted from the day your first truck is activated. Hardware, if you buy any, is billed normally.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Payment details are collected during registration so that billing can start automatically after the free 30 days. You are not charged for software during the free month, and you can cancel any time before it ends.
Can I keep the ELD device I already have?
If it is a PT-30 or an IOSiX unit, yes. Both are provider-agnostic, FMCSA-registered devices. ELD Hub re-registers a device you already own at no cost, which usually takes about five minutes per truck.
What if I am still under contract with my current provider?
Many carriers run both for a short overlap so nothing goes dark, then cancel at the end of their term. Our cancellation guides cover the notice window and fees for the major providers.
How much does ELD Hub cost after the free month?
$15 per truck per month, flat, month-to-month. IFTA reporting, DVIRs, and the fleet dashboard are included — there are no add-on modules to buy.
How long does switching take?
For a fleet under 20 trucks, most of the work is one afternoon: export logs, register, add devices, brief drivers. Trucks running PT-30 or IOSiX hardware have no shipping delay at all.
