How to log in

    Open the ELD Hub portal or app

    Go to portal.goeldhub.com in a browser, or open the ELD Hub app on iOS or Android.

    Enter your email and password

    Use the credentials your fleet manager set up for you. Driver and admin accounts share the same login screen.

    Verify your device pairs

    In the app, confirm your PT-30 or IOSiX ELD is connected over Bluetooth before you go on duty.

    Locked out? Contact your fleet admin

    Fleet managers can reset any driver's password from the admin portal. Or call 302-404-1177 for direct support.

Where do I log in to my ELD Hub account?

Drivers and fleet managers log in at portal.goeldhub.com or through the ELD Hub mobile app on iOS or Android. Use the same credentials on web and mobile.

I forgot my ELD Hub password. How do I reset it?

Click 'Forgot password' on the login screen and enter your account email. You'll get a reset link within a minute. If it doesn't arrive, check spam or ask your fleet admin to trigger a reset from the admin console.

I'm a new driver. How do I get my ELD login credentials?

Your fleet manager creates your driver profile in the ELD Hub admin portal. Once they add you, you'll receive an email invite with a link to set your password.

What's the difference between the driver login and the fleet manager login?

Same URL, same portal. Drivers see their hours of service, DVIRs, and logs. Fleet managers see the full dashboard: driver list, vehicle assignments, IFTA reports, and compliance status.

My ELD isn't connecting after login. What do I do?

Confirm Bluetooth is on and the PT-30 or IOSiX device is powered. Log out and back in to refresh the pairing. If it still won't connect, call support at 302-404-1177.
