ELD Hub Pricing

One price. Every truck. No contract. Here's exactly what you pay and exactly what you get.

Quick answer

How much does ELD Hub cost?

ELD Hub is $15 per truck per month, billed month-to-month with no contract and no per-driver upcharge. HOS logging, DVIR, IFTA fuel-tax reporting, GPS tracking and DOT inspection mode are all included at that price. Hardware is separate and one-time: a PT-30 with cable is $150 with free ground shipping, or free to re-register if you already own a PT-30 or IOSiX. A 14-day free trial comes first.

Pricing FAQ

How much does ELD Hub cost?+

$15 per truck per month, flat. No contract, no hardware financing, no per-driver fees, no activation charges. That's the total price for a fully compliant, FMCSA-registered ELD with HOS, DVIR, IFTA, and DOT inspection mode.

Is there a setup or activation fee?+

No. Registration is free, self-install takes 5 minutes, and your first month is billed only after you activate your first truck.

Do I need to buy hardware?+

If you already own a PT-30 or IOSiX ELD device from another provider, we re-register it to your ELD Hub account for free. If you need hardware, the PT-30 is a one-time $150 per device with the diagnostic cable included and free ground shipping (5–7 business days, mainland USA). Nothing is baked into the monthly price.

Is there a contract?+

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. If ELD Hub doesn't earn your $15 every month, we don't deserve to keep it.

How does $15/truck compare to Motive or Samsara?+

Motive averages $35/truck/month + 36-month contract + $150+ hardware financing. Samsara averages $45/truck/month + 36-month contract + $200+ hardware. A 5-truck fleet saves $1,200–$1,800/year with ELD Hub.

Are there volume discounts?+

The price is already the lowest per-truck rate in the industry. No volume discount is needed because $15 is $15 whether it's your first truck or your 20th.
