Admin login vs. driver app
Fleet managers sign in on the web portal to see logs, IFTA, DVIRs, and GPS. Drivers do not use the web portal — they sign in to the ELD Hub driver app on iOS or Android with the credentials their admin created.
Device not syncing after login
Confirm the PT-30 is seated in the diagnostic port and Bluetooth is on, then reopen the driver app. If the truck shows offline for more than a few minutes, call 302-404-1177 and we will check the device registration.
What registration asks for
Four short steps — personal details, company info (DOT/MC number), billing, done. It takes about two minutes and starts a 14-day free trial. No contract and no setup fee.
Already own a PT-30 or IOSiX device?
Register first, then call us with the device serial number. Compatible units are re-registered to your ELD Hub account at no charge, so you pay only the $15/truck/month software fee.
Need hardware?
A PT-30 with the diagnostic cable is $150 per device with free ground shipping (5–7 business days) in the mainland USA. Add it during or after registration.
The ELD Hub login page is at portal.goeldhub.com/login. Fleet managers sign in there; drivers sign in through the ELD Hub driver app on iOS or Android using credentials created by their fleet admin.
Registration is self-serve at portal.goeldhub.com/registration. It is four steps — personal details, company information, billing, confirm — and takes about two minutes. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial and there is no contract or setup fee.
