Common questions
Is there really no contract?
Really. ELD Hub is month-to-month at $15 per truck per month. There is no annual agreement, no 36-month term, and no early-termination fee. Cancel anytime from your account.
What happens if I cancel?
Your service runs until the end of the paid month, then stops. No cancellation fee, no penalty, no phone call required. If you ever need an ELD again, you can reactivate.
Do I keep the hardware if I cancel?
Yes. The PT-30 or IOSiX device you bought for $150 is yours. If you later switch providers, a compatible device can often be re-registered — and if you come back to ELD Hub, re-registering it is free.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. You only start paying $15 per truck per month after the trial, and you can cancel during the trial without being charged.
Why do other ELD providers require contracts?
Many ELD providers lock carriers into 1–3 year agreements with early-termination fees, often to cover financed hardware. ELD Hub sells hardware outright for $150 and charges a flat $15 per truck per month, so there is nothing to finance and no reason to lock you in.
