Clear cached site data for gpstab.com, then sign in from a private window. An old session cookie is the usual culprit after a Chrome update.
TabELD driver app won't connect to the PT-30
Toggle Bluetooth off and on, force-close the app, and re-pair. If the device still doesn't appear, unplug the PT-30 for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
Driver login rejected but the portal works
Driver accounts are created inside the fleet portal and are separate from the manager login. Have the admin reset the driver's PIN from the portal's driver list.
PT-30 shows offline
Check that the diagnostic cable is fully seated in the port and the truck's ignition is on. Give the device two minutes to re-attach to the cellular network before troubleshooting further.
