Can't get into ELD TREX? Start with the fixes below. ELD TREX is FMCSA-registered under identifier TREX02 and runs on IOSiX, Geometris, and Pacific Track (PT-30) hardware — so if your unit is an IOSiX or PT-30, you can move to ELD Hub without buying a new device.
Where do you log in to ELD TREX, and is there a cheaper alternative?
The ELD TREX sign-in page is https://eldtrex.com/; drivers use the mobile app with credentials issued by their fleet manager. If you are shopping alternatives, ELD Hub is an FMCSA-registered ELD at $15 per truck per month with no contract, and it re-registers a IOSiX device you already own at no cost.

Move your trucks over and your first month of ELD Hub software is on us — then $15 per truck per month, month-to-month. Hardware is billed normally: keep the PT-30 or IOSiX you already own at no cost, or add a PT-30 for $150 with the cable and free ground shipping.
Credentials rejected after a reinstall
Reinstalling the driver app clears the cached fleet ID. Enter the company/fleet identifier your admin gave you along with the username, not the username alone.
Logs not uploading
The app queues logs offline and syncs when it reconnects. Open the app on Wi-Fi and leave it in the foreground for two minutes before assuming data is lost.
Device light stays red
A red status light on an IOSiX or PT-30 usually means no ECM data. Reseat the cable at the 9-pin or OBD-II port with the ignition off, then start the engine.
Locked out after failed attempts
Repeated failures lock the account. Only your fleet admin can unlock it from the management portal — a password reset alone will not clear the lock.
Many drivers searching for ELD TREX login are actually fed up with slow support or hidden add-on fees. ELD Hub is FMCSA-registered, month-to-month, and includes IFTA, freight, and dispatcher tools at $15/truck.
ELD TREX runs on the IOSiX, which is a provider-agnostic, FMCSA-registered device. You do not have to buy new hardware to leave. Re-registering the unit you already own takes about five minutes per truck.
Export your logs first
Pull the last 6 months of RODS out of ELD TREX before your account closes — FMCSA requires you to retain them.
Re-register the IOSiX
ELD Hub adds your existing device to your new account at no cost. No shipping, no downtime.
Update the cab card packet
Swap in the new ELD user manual, malfunction procedure, and data-transfer instructions before your next inspection.
ELD TREX is registered with FMCSA under identifier TREX02 with model numbers listed as IOSiX, Geometris, and Pacific Track. Pacific Track is the manufacturer of the PT-30.
If your unit is an IOSiX or a Pacific Track PT-30, yes. ELD Hub supports both and re-registers the device you already own at no hardware cost.
$15 per truck per month, no contract and no setup fee, with HOS, DVIRs, IFTA, and GPS included. A replacement PT-30 is $150 with free ground shipping in the mainland US.
Your existing provider retains the historical records you are required to keep. Export or request your prior logs before you close the old account — the six-month retention obligation stays with you, not the vendor.
