Credentials rejected after a reinstall
Reinstalling the driver app clears the cached fleet ID. Enter the company/fleet identifier your admin gave you along with the username, not the username alone.
Logs not uploading
The app queues logs offline and syncs when it reconnects. Open the app on Wi-Fi and leave it in the foreground for two minutes before assuming data is lost.
Device light stays red
A red status light on an IOSiX or PT-30 usually means no ECM data. Reseat the cable at the 9-pin or OBD-II port with the ignition off, then start the engine.
