Plug the PT-30 into the OBD-II port (or 9-pin on a heavier chassis) and pair it with the free driver app. About 10 minutes.

My van is exempt from the ELD mandate. Do I still need this?+
Federally, no — a vehicle under 10,001 lbs GVWR is outside the mandate. But a broker's tracking requirement is a private access rule, and connecting a real ELD account is the standard way to meet it. ELD HUB supports vans and light trucks the same as tractors.
