BigRoad sign-in problem? Start with the fixes below. If you're shopping for a replacement, ELD Hub is a $15/truck FMCSA-registered platform with IFTA, freight, and factoring built in — and if your truck already runs a PT-30 or IOSiX device, you keep the hardware and skip the hardware bill.
Where do you log in to BigRoad, and is there a cheaper alternative?
The BigRoad sign-in page is https://app.bigroad.com/sign-in; drivers use the mobile app with credentials issued by their fleet manager. If you are shopping alternatives, ELD Hub is an FMCSA-registered ELD at $15 per truck per month with no contract, and it re-registers a PT-30 device you already own at no cost.

Move your trucks over and your first month of ELD Hub software is on us — then $15 per truck per month, month-to-month. Hardware is billed normally: keep the PT-30 or IOSiX you already own at no cost, or add a PT-30 for $150 with the cable and free ground shipping.
'Sign in failed' on app.bigroad.com
Clear cached site data for bigroad.com and try again in a private window. Stale session tokens block the form after a browser update.
Driver can't log into the mobile app
Drivers use the BigRoad Mobile app credentials created by the fleet admin, not the web account. Have your admin re-issue the driver login from the web dashboard.
Forgot-password link expired
BigRoad reset links are short-lived. Request a new one and open it immediately in the same browser you requested it from.
Logs not syncing after login
Confirm the phone has data, then force-close and reopen the app. If the ELD still shows disconnected, unplug it from the diagnostic port for 30 seconds and re-pair over Bluetooth.
Many drivers searching for BigRoad login are actually fed up with slow support or hidden add-on fees. ELD Hub is FMCSA-registered, month-to-month, and includes IFTA, freight, and dispatcher tools at $15/truck.
BigRoad runs on the PT-30, which is a provider-agnostic, FMCSA-registered device. You do not have to buy new hardware to leave. Re-registering the unit you already own takes about five minutes per truck.
Export your logs first
Pull the last 6 months of RODS out of BigRoad before your account closes — FMCSA requires you to retain them.
Re-register the PT-30
ELD Hub adds your existing device to your new account at no cost. No shipping, no downtime.
Update the cab card packet
Swap in the new ELD user manual, malfunction procedure, and data-transfer instructions before your next inspection.
The BigRoad web dashboard is at app.bigroad.com/sign-in. Drivers sign in through the BigRoad Mobile app on iOS or Android using credentials created by the fleet admin.
BigRoad appears on the FMCSA registered ELD list. ELD Hub is also registered — see /fmcsa-registered-eld-list to check any provider yourself.
If your trucks run a PT-30 or IOSiX OBD-II device, yes — ELD Hub re-registers those units free. If your fleet runs BigRoad's own hardware instead, call 302-404-1177 with the model and we'll tell you honestly whether it can be reused or whether you need a $150 PT-30.
ELD Hub is a flat $15/truck/month, no contract, with IFTA, DVIRs, and freight and factoring tools included. BigRoad prices by plan tier, so compare the all-in monthly total on your invoice rather than the headline rate.
About an hour per truck when reusing hardware you own, or two days if a PT-30 has to ship. Export your last six months of logs from BigRoad before you close the account.
$15/truck/month. No contract. FMCSA-registered ELD you can activate today — and your first month is free when you switch from another provider.
Registration takes about a minute. Month-to-month — cancel anytime.
