Yes. ELD HUB is FMCSA registered and supports HOS logs and DOT inspection mode. Registration does not guarantee that a carrier will pass an inspection; correct use and compliance remain the carrier’s responsibility.

Factoring is available through our partner providers. Rates, reserves, fees and funding times depend on your agreement, invoice verification and approval. Request a quote before committing.

Ask the factoring provider whether recourse or non-recourse options are available for your business. Credit checks, collections and covered risks depend on the provider’s agreement; non-recourse does not cover every reason an invoice goes unpaid.

Our AI advisor is available 24/7 to triage your issue and point you to the right number, and our US based human advisors (English speaking) follow up next business day to make sure it got resolved.

We do not negotiate or cancel contracts you signed with someone else. That is on you. What we do: help you plan the switch and check hardware compatibility. Export and retain your existing logs before cancellation. Transfer options and setup time depend on your current provider and equipment.
